Extend and ensure warm and courteous welcome to all guests
Has the primary role, as hotel host, of personally welcoming and being helpful to as many guests as possible and offering services, including to guests deserving special attention, family groups, women travellers, and the handicapped
Have detailed information regarding arrivals, room requirements and expected departures for the day
During check-in and check-out, greet guests who may be waiting, offer immediate assistance to avoid any delays.
Make a call to guest at least two hours before the scheduled check outs to ensure that the guests are ready to leave as per the check-out timings specified in the GRC.
In case of early morning check-outs, GSE in evening shift should reconfirm the check-out time with guest and also check with guest whether they require wake- up call.
